Reservation Policy

 Our check-out time is 10 am. Late check-outs may be extended up to 1100 hours, but
  are available only on request and subject to availability.
2.
 In the absence of arrival details, reservations will be deemed as guarantee up to 1100
  hours only. However, a credit and guarantee or billing letter will ensure that your
  reservation is held on a definite basis, up to your actual time of check-in, on the day of reservation.
3.
 Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival, without any
  retention charge being applicable.
4.
 A One night’s retention charged on all No Shows who do not check in on the day of
  reservation.
5.
 Payment shall be direct by either Cash or Credit card. In case credit is to be extended,
  please do note that all our bills are payable on presentation.
  Credit cards accepted: Masters, Visa, Diners and other major credit cards.
6.
 Tax will be applicable on Food and Beverage consumed from room service as per
  Government regulations.
7.
 Any increase in government levies will be extra.
8.
 All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
9.
 No charge for children under 10 year occupying the same room without an extra bed.
